Successful Closure Order on Colne, Tinkers Bridge

Dear Resident,
 

I would like to update you regarding action taken at an address on Colne, Tinkers Bridge that has been the source of ongoing anti-social behaviour and disorder over a number of years.
 

Today, your local Neighbourhood Officer, PC Evans, attended Milton Keynes Magistrates' Court to present an application for a Closure Order, prohibiting access to the entire property.
 

I am pleased to inform you that the Justice of the Peace granted the application, and a full Closure Order is now in place for a period of three months. This means that access to the property is prohibited, and anyone entering the address without lawful authority may be committing an offence.
 

We hope this action will provide residents with the peace of mind and reassurance they deserve after enduring significant issues associated with this address.
 

If you see anyone entering or attempting to enter the property, please contact Thames Valley Police immediately on 999.
 

Finally, I would like to thank residents for their continued support, patience, and willingness to report incidents to both Thames Valley Police and Milton Keynes City Council. Without the information provided by the community, it is much more difficult for us to take robust action against persistent anti-social behaviour and crime.
